Cadillac Escalade ESV

The Cadillac site now has information on their new Escalade ESV. ?That's the new Suburban sized Escalade. ?I'm not hardly as impressed as I thought I would be. ?There's something about it that really, REALLY looks to me like an Excursion and it's not just the size. ?Personally I think I'd rather have the Yukon Denali XL, it seems to have a little more personality.

It looks as though GM is looking at locking up the larger size SUV market.....they offer about every size, configuration, that it takes to dominate that segment of the market....good for them...

Makes sense to me, with the EXT they already had the lower Cladding and with the regular Escalade, they had everything else needed to put on a Suburban and charge $20,000 more for it. Just extra money for GM. You know they'll sell all they can paint!

I think GM also wants some of the extended SUV limo market as well and ford has that eaten up with the navigator and the excursion. GM only has a small market with the escalade....... how many suburban or even denali stretch limos do you see? I think the new escalade will fix that market as well for GM
