I have searched the forum boards as hard as I can but can not find anywhere in Canada to get Silverstar 9005 and 9006 headlight bulbs. The US sites all say they can not ship the bulbs into Canada.

If anyone has any idea where I can find these I would really appreciate the info. My Av will be coming soon and I would like to be ready for modding.

Thanks all,

cutthroat

Canadian tire has just started advertising that they are now selling silverstars. Just about to check the web site. canadiantire.ca

Just picked up the 9600ST  @ Canadian Tire last night $25.00 each. Noticed them in the this weeks flyer tonight. Easy install allow 15 to 20 minutes. Huge difference from stock bulbs (y)

 Picked mine up at Can Tire as well last week, walked in and there they were! Got the low beams in and did the before and after shot with the digital camera, definitely brighter, used them a few days later to make a night run up to Calgary to take family to the airport and them come home, not as fatiguing on the eyes at 1am. High beams will be going on once the credit card is paid down.

I was going to throw in the Crappy Tire tip but a bunch of folks beat me to it.
For what it is worth, I think the Silverstars will give you as much as the PIAA's at less money!!

I have just put in 9006 Silverstars in and looking at upgrading the fogs I have search the forum and see SO many different options from 885 ? 893 ? 899 ? and some talk of a 880st Silverstars version in he near future. Is it the watts that are different or is the colour different? ??? I?m very happy ;D with the Silverstars (so much whiter) and would have no problem waiting a little while if they will be out soon. If it makes any difference for availability I live in Canada . Thanks for any feedback.
