Change Keyfob Option Without DIC

How do you change the keyfob operation without the DIC. I want the horn to sound with only one push of the button instead of two when locking the doors. I have an 03 and the manual only gives info using the DIC. Any help will be appreciated.

I have a 2000 Impala and those options were changed using the radio and holding the the "prog" button for a few seconds and scrolling through the options. I have not figured it out on the 03 Av yet.
