clean 4 channel componet amps

gains,levels, frequency's.the problem is this i have a eclipse ea3552 4/5 channel for my mids and highs but after a while my highs fade out ,i turn volume down and highs come back in.

That sounds like a head unit problem, not an amp problem.  If you're using the factory head, do you have any sort of auto-volume adjustment running - speed sensitive, etc.  That kind of nonsense can REALLY wreak havoc with the sound quality.  If you're using it, turn it off and see if that changes anything.

since amp manufacturers do not know what input signal is coming and what speakers the amp is connected to....
 
I had the same problem a few yaers ago it ended up being the passive crossover on my componant set

Some speaker component sets have a resistor in the crossover that keeps you from blowing the speakers.  The resistor takes some of the power and reduces the power going to your speakers (thus the reduced volume).
 
well i swapped out amp today thinking maybe that could be the problem ,sad to say it was not..pioneer head units have  so many ajustment so now maybe it needs to be tuned the right way..
