Clear coat vs. clear?

Is there a difference between Clear coat and clear paints?

I can find clear but having a problem with Clear coat.

Clear is CLEAR......

CLear coat is a term used to describe the top coat of paint on our AVY and other vehicles......

If you want clear paint because you are painting something....go to auto parts store...and look near touch up paint...they will have clear paint or Clear coat
