Just bought a 2006 Avalanche. Love it so far. My wife wants running boards to help her get in. I'm looking on craigslist because I'm a cheap bastard. Could someone give me some pointers for compatibility between Chevy models. From what I understand, the Avalanche and Silverado share a lot of parts.
I found some running boards, guy sent me this for measurements:
04 chevy Silverado extended cab, mounting holes are 6'3" center to center with about 1/2" play either direction they are oval mounting holes
I tried searching forums and other websites but have not found a definitive answer. Can anyone help me out?
