Has anyone had any problems with the cruise control. Mine just died and I haven't had time to take it to the dealer.
I encountered this problem as well. What I found works is to run the original bulbs in series with the LEDs. (I tucked the original bulbs in behind the light mounts, so you couldn't see them.) Since LEDs take very little power, combining them with the standard bulbs makes the truck think that everything is fine. Of course, if you want a more elegant solution, there are companies that make dummy loads that you run in series.Chief said:Check your fuses first. ?I have not had any problems HOWEVER I know Fish had issues with his when he put in LED tail lights. ?Seems somehow the voltage on the lights is tied to cruise control operation. ?Those are my two recommendations before going to the dealer...
