Did some touch up today.

I'm getting close to the "just paint it" level with my 04. Might consider it more once the Florida weather cools off some more.

And I get done with the rest of the front end work. Control arm bushings and leaky ball joint and tie rod take priority once it's cool enough outside.
 
Good luck and I hope that finish works well for you, most of the older threads I have read over time dealing with painting the cladding has resulted in problems of it flaking due to lack of prep and a good primer applied first so it adheres to plastic or in general it is now a painted surface and is susceptible to scratching and showing wear marks....I hope none of that shows up for you!

Thanks unfortunately it won't last forever but it looks better than leaving it grayed out lol
