Differences between 02 and 03

Both being fully loaded.
I noticed that 03 has:
steeringwheel controls
turn signal in the mirrors
different onstar controls
anything else?

because I have to choose between
02 3/4ton black, moonroof, real heated leather,buckets.
56,000km- $32,000cdn
and
03 3/4ton yellow, moonroof, vyln type leather with cloth, buckets. 42,000km- 38,000cdn

basicly is the crappyer seats and the extra cost worth the 1year and the steeringwheel controls and 15,000km? is there more im missing?

My 02 had a power cloth passenger seat.

My 03 is not power.

Ive had an 02, didnt like once i saw the 03,plus i found the cloth seating very uncomfortable. traded the 2 for a 3 Love it! has much nicer interior. got an 04 3/4 ton, its nice but they took away some thing i like ffrom the 03. ie ed glove box light, back door inside lighting bed has 1 light insttead of 2, can live without that. over aall i thinkk the 03 has been the best model, the 04s close but i do miss the extra interior lighhting.

so.... I guess the difference is I drive the 02 and Mrs Danlwil drives the 03.

I absolutely LOVE my '02!!!
...and it seems there are fewer problems with the 02's when it comes to TSB's.
