Dimmer Switch Light Mod?

Has anyone considered this? I have been thinking about either opening the back to the dimmer symbol and getting a small led or using an LED to light that section of dash (some IBM laptops have a samll keyboard led, thats where idea from) from just above. Thoughts ideas suggestions fixes?

I've seen it mentioned here before about it being a good mod to do, but I don't recall about anyone actually ever doing it.  If you do it, please post about it, because I will want to see what you did and what the biggest headaches that you ran into were.

I was contemplating that too. You can get some tiny LED's and have at it!

Remember there are two dimming sources in the I/P (At least the 03 & >). One for incandescent and one for LED's.

But why dim the light you would need to find the dimmer with, right?
