Drilled rotors and calipers for 16 inch wheels?

Does anyone know if they make a brake upgrade kit that can be used with 16 inch wheels.
I have aftermarket wheels and 33 inch tires and its getting time for brakes, so I am thinking of an upgrade. But it looks like all the kits you have to have at least 17 inch wheels.

Not sure how it could be upgrade if rotor size cannot be increased...

Drilling or slotting reduces swept area so stopping distance decreases but fade would descrease as well....

maybe better pad material??

I have a full upgrade kit on mine.
slotted rotters and a tri piston caliper
have them on 16" rims tight but fit
