Drive-ins are a fun GTG, especially with the AVs? ?:thumb:? Great for the kids and fun for the adults.? Sacramento has one of the few drive-ins around.

We can make an event out of by bringing our own barbeque food and grills or ordering some highly recommended pizza from Wildfire's friend's pizzeria.? Most of us are meeting for dinner at Giovanni's Pizzeria at 6200 Folsom Blvd, Sacramento at 6PM'ish.

Then, we'll meet at the RPM parking lot at 8PM, then drive in together:

I'm good with no Spiderman... I thought 2 sucked, wouldn't waste my money on 3.

Tough decision, but Pirates of the Caribbean, Fantastic Four, or Transformers might be better on the big screen  (y)

If you want to see Pirates, you've got to sit through the Rat movie first.

I am sure that'll change before the 15th...

Here is another thought... the gates open 2 hours prior to the first show. Not sure what their rules are (we have time to research), but instead of pizza, anyone interested in BBQing there? Or we could just get the pizza to go and go stake out our turf and eat there?

Question is are we gonna hook up for dinner before or have pizza from Mark's friend's place.  Mark, these are the attendees so far:

If we get pizza from your friend's place, where should we meet and what time should we get there and order for us to be back at RPM by 7PM.  Once we meet at the RPM parking lot, then we can all drive in to the drive-in at the same time and park next to each other.

I called the drive in today and on Sundays they open 1 hour prior to the start time of the first feature (currently they show a 8:55 start time)

ok cool.  So, we should meeting at 8PM at RPM  :thumb:

I'm up for pizza or other and same for the movie, doesn't matter  :thumb:  But I think we should decide if people and gonna provide their own dinner or if they want to get pizza and bring it in.

What's the address of the pizza place?  If people want to just meet us there, then they can get their own pizza at that place and just meet everyone at the drive-in.

Otherwise, for everyone else, we should meet at the RPM lot at 8PM.
