Driver Seat Safety Belt Problem In Leather?

I was wondering if any one has noticed if their driver side seat botom where the safety belt attaches, the leather surrounding the belt is pulling up. I found a vehicle and it has minimal miles on the truck but it looks like the leather is bunching around where the belt goes through the bottom of the seat and attaches to the frame of the seat by the door. Is this normal? The passenger side has not gotten any use and it lays flat however the driver side appears poofy. Does anyone else have this problem or is this considered normal wear and tear?

I bought my AV used. I noticed more wear on the driver's side than the passenger's side. The leather looks a little spongy, but nothing is coming apart. I use leathe wipes on the seats to keep them in good shape
