Easier access to engine block heater plug

Has anyone seen a kit to mount the plug for the engine block heater somewhere easily accessible? I can't remember where, but I've seen trucks with the plug mounted in a fixture in the grill and covered (when not plugged in) with a spring-closed door.

Try a search on this....one member talked about routing it down to the tow hook area using cable ties or something......

I do not have one...as it never snows here hehehehe
