I have an 05 Avy and I keep blowing the right fog lamp first then within a few uses the left will blow.  I have put 2 new sets of bulbs in but now the right is blown once again.  Any advice? :E:

Are you running the correct one, GM TSBs are out saying you have to use the 27 watt ones? I thought they were all about 55W

Sounds like what you say it is just the bulbs burning out and no fuses. If so check your Relay for the Fogs also.

Funny you mention 27 wt bulbs.  It had 9140's which are 37 wt and when I couldn't find those at a store anywhere I went to the dealer and they looked it up and said I needed to run 9145's which are 42 watt bulbs.

All the parts stores list my fog lamps as being the 880 or 881 or something like that but the connector is way off.

No mods done to anything electrical in the last year.  The only electrical thing I have done about 1 year ago was a push pin on the cargo light.
