Okay guys - where is the adjustment for the Fog Lights? I have a 2003 and I read somewhere that it is on the left side. I just can't seem to find it. Any help???

I just replaced the fogs with the 885's. I have an 02 Av and can't seem to find this adjustment, just a real cheezy plastic bracket. Anyone have pics or know if this adjustment even exists on the 02's?

Thanks

Thanks Bruno, thought that might be it, but it really didn't look like an adjustment screw. Will try adjusting them tomorrow.

Where are the fog lights aimed,... the process for aiming the foglights,... I notice a big dark area between where the fog lights light the road up and where the low beams light the road up. I would like to illuminate this area, but don't want to blind the oncoming drivers too much.

I brought mine up to the bottom of the low beams, gives me good visibility but Yes I do get high beams flashed at me from time to time.

Per SAE....

1 Vehicle on flat surface aiming at vertical wall 25 feet away....
2 Measure from ground up to center of fog on truck.....
3 Mark this spot on wall......
4 With fog light on, the top of the fog light beam should be just below this spot marked on wall.
5 Left and right should be dead on.

For low beams the process is the same....
For high beams and driving lights the process is similar EXCEPT The center of the light beam hits this center mark....

Check KCHILITE for more info...and other offroad light manufacturers.....
