Well, I emailed GM Canada and complained about my faded Cargo COvers. IN the email, I told them I had already went to my local GM dealer, and had it assessed, and they deemed Panel #3 totally faded around the edges and corners, to the point it appeared to be "peeling" :8:

HERE is the RESPONSE I GOT!! This has to be the BIGGEST piece of GENERIC REPLY MAIL I have seen yet from GM Canada!!

Mr. Fitzgerald:

Thank you for your e-mail.

are
provided with the latest technical information on our product lines.

Should you require further assistance following the dealership's review,
please
feel free to contact us again through our website at

SO they are telling me to go to my local dealer, so I printed this email off, and brought it down! They are going to call GM CANADA for me next week and see what they have to do!!

Is she new to GM of Canada, as she doesn't show up on the directory?

Chris, I have no idea bro!! I just logged into gmcanada, and used the website to lodge my complaint. To me , it just seems like a generic reply mail...which ROTS me !! :8:

:0: Hey keep us posted it seems that all the dealer ship wants to do is give use service bullions rather than addressing the problem and maybe repairing it. Ya that would be nice Repair it. :B:

It's called REPLACE NOT REPAIR.. And GM is getting too CHEAP to do that....BUT THE VP's are making there 1 Millon+ a year.....
