Well, I emailed GM Canada and complained about my faded Cargo COvers. IN the email, I told them I had already went to my local GM dealer, and had it assessed, and they deemed Panel #3 totally faded around the edges and corners, to the point it appeared to be "peeling" 
HERE is the RESPONSE I GOT!! This has to be the BIGGEST piece of GENERIC REPLY MAIL I have seen yet from GM Canada!!
SO they are telling me to go to my local dealer, so I printed this email off, and brought it down! They are going to call GM CANADA for me next week and see what they have to do!!
