GMAC Auto Loan Transfer

I was wondering if anyone here on this forum has heard of this?  I talked to a dealer last week who said I might be able to transfer my current GMAC 0% loan on my Trailblazer to another person pending good credit.  Was he blowing smoke or what do you think?  I'm going to call GMAC and ask, but I don't want to sound stupid either!

I'm currious if you can do it with smart buys as well.  I know leases can transfer...
