Einkei - Getting 37x13.50-17 Fun Country II radials with Weld Stonecrusher wheels - 17x10's.
Torsion bars are cranked up there! If I remember correctly, the distance from the center of the wheel hub to the bottom edge of the whell well was about 2" more in the rear when stock - does this sound about right guys? Anyway, now there is about 1" MORE distance in the front. When looking from the side on flat ground, it appears the front wheelwells are cut a little higher than the rear, 'cause the truck seems level. A-arms are not yet topped out - I still have about a half inch or so of clearance between the arms and the drop-stops, which should equate to 2-3" inches of travel out at the wheels - I think!
Now, for the ride - seems a little more firm than stock, but no big deal. It's still the smoothest truck I've owned - MUCH softer suspension than my old Toyota 4x4 with double shocks up front! I think it will ride even better when my new tires are on as they should cushion the ride a little more.
It does seem like many on this board are VERY concerned with the ride after turning up the torsion bars. Like I said, it is a little more stiff, but certainly not a bad ride. If I was that concerned about the smooth ride, I'd buy a "79 Lincoln Continental!

Here's a pic to show how much down travel I have left in the arms before they top out.
