Grille Replacement Shell Or Bolt Over Grille

A bolt-over Chrome Grille seems preferable to a typical Grille insert but how do they compare to complete Grille replacements. Complete Grille replacements are about twice the cost but are they worth the additional funds? Which has the better fit and look? Any experiences or comments would be greatly appreciated.

I have not seen any of the full replacements for the av, only the insert which is what i have from carriage works. i like it and it fit well. Just have not seen one which requires you cutting out top and bottom section of grill to compare it with. I have a pic of it on posted on pics of your avalanche, probably on one of the last pages, just posted it a few days ago.
