Hi. I think the headrests on my 2003 Avalanche are rather hard. Are those headrests interchangeable, with softer ones, from another GM truck?

Not only are they hard. But they don't articulate (or tilt) like the '02s did. GM cost cutting that is un-welcome.
Does anything know if the '02 headrests work on '03s as a direct replacement? I wonder how much they are.
