Has anyone clear the amber part out of there avy's headlights?
If so can anyone post a diy for it?

ebay usually has them, i just looked and they didnt have any, but they also have ones with all black and no amber whcih are hot, but i rarely see them around. drive safe, andrew

The only way to do it yourself involves baking and opening the headlights, and if you are going to do that, you should go ahead and do a full HID retro while they are open! I have a unit that I opened, and the reflector is easy to remove once it is opened up.

ebay (of course). paid around $160 plus shipping, I think. Thats for all 4 lights.
