Has anyone taken the gray side molding off their avalanche???

I was wanting to take all of the gray molding off my avalanche it is a 2002 but i didnt want it to look stupid has anyone done this and do u have a picture of yours if so??

    Here let me make this easy... Don't do it. It will look stupid. Gatorback it black, Paint it, Rinoline it. DON'T EVEN THINK about removing it. all you will find under it is indented metal offset to accept the cladding with holes in it for push clips there are pictures stored on the site. A little searching will discover them. It's not worth the effort.
