Headers - EGR?

I have been looking for a set of headers and I have noticed that they are offered with and w/o EGR ports. My truck is an '03 with the 5.3l and I have NY emissions. Which is the correct one? I have been looking at the ceramic coated JBA's- any opinions?

Hi Ed,

Look at your passenger side exhaust manifold. If you have EGR there will be a tube that is part of the manifold heading up towards the top/front of the engine.

The chances are very very good you don't have EGR, I think it's primarily a Cal. phenom.
