my rent a truck... a yellow h2 has something just like that... i wonder if it will work on our trucks... it looks like a 03 dash fyi. and yes it is WAY COOL!

I love the HUD in my friends Bonneville SSEI. They're so convienent, and don't let you forget about turn signals, getting low on gas, or letting yourself get a little above the speed limit
My Aztek[yea, I know you hatem] has HUD
one of the nicest features I have seen
There is a special tint they put on the window to get the propper effect
I know of some Az owners that have tried the aftermarket ones, and were not happy
maybe the lack of tint, or the angle of glass?
hope the AV will be better

It's a pretty nice little unit. I have the red one in my Silverado, but it's not really red. The only thing red about it is the lights across the bottom (which you can turn off). The housing is a smoked, dark tint color which looks really nice.
The HUD comes with a piece of tint you put on your windshield for glare. I'm really getting use to it now.
I eventually want to cut a hole in the dash and mount it under the dash. Then cover the hole with a piece of Plexiglass or something like that. It's just in the ideas stage, but I'm not afraid to cut the dash (yeah right).

I went to visit Jason this morning - saw the display and loved it - unfortunately I had my checkbook with me and I now own one - just need to hook it up.
Saw the backup system, really nice, almost ready for the AV.
I think he has the folding mirror thing almost worked out - should be cool.
