help with reprograming the ECU in the Phoenix Area

I live in Gilbert, AZ
Would someone be willing to reprogram my ECU with "something like the HYPERTECH programmer..."
I have a 2002 RWD - it has larger wheels and I would like to increase the speed limiter.

FYI, the Hypertech can only program one truck at a time, so you would need to purchase one ... Keep an eye on the 4 sale section as they are in there for good $$$ sometimes...

You can also get them new from ebay sellers for about $315 ...

The Diablo Predator is another idea ... A little more $$$ at $420 but it is more advanced and has some diagnostic abilities ... I have the Diablo and I will show it to ya at the Saguaro GTG ...
