my 2005 Av when you get close the hood it doesnt seem latched very tight i can push down on the hood when closed. i could play drums of such if adjust the hood bumpwrs then my bounce goes away but hood edjes look like bat wings and thats just a temp fix the adjustments never stay in spot they are always backing down should there be a second nut to top the adkustments from backing out :E:

My 04 has the same issue. I can actually see if moving while at high speeds (as well as the gas gauge  :E: )

Should I just adjust the stop blocks? Or take a close look at the latch?

I had this issue on my 05 as well.  Discovered it while driving back from the SNGTG in AL.  Luckily I was caAVaning with JBC, when we stopped for fuel we (ok, John) adjusted the stops and pulled out some "Locktight" from his mod kit to keep them from moving again. 20k miles later never an issue.

i add two nuts to the stops and then tightend the crap out of them.. waz bored this sunday and popped the hood and dang those nuts came loose :E: guess ill try locktight..even had a bolt back out on my mas. i thank theres a gremlin running around under hood :beating:

adjust the bumpers up

Thanks. I will have to try this.
My hood is moving up and down while driving and its driving me crazy.
