in the center console on an '03? I want to measure the amp (and possibly get a look at the subwoofer and housing). I removed the 5 screws (I think it was 5) from inside the bin, but it still feels firmly attached. I did not remove the bin door screws, as I did not think that I needed to.

Lift out the rubber mat in the bottom and find the magic screws under it

I think you need to remove the door as well. I removed mine just to take a look and you can see the amp but the sub is enclosed in a plastic box so you can't see anything.
