Is there a chrome fuel door out there?

Hi All,

I am looking for a chrome fuel door. I know that there are billet ones, but I would rather not spend $120 for one, and then have to pay to get it chrome afterwards. Anyone know of them? Thanks!

The website in the first post is probably most likely to have what you're looking for, but can you say $$$$. It probably will be cheaper to get an AMP/Westin fuel door chromed.

Thanks guys. I already read through that post though. I cannot see spending that kind of dough on one. Oh well. I guess I will work on interior mods instead! Thanks!

You may try that chrome spray paint that wonder91178 uses on her tow hooks. Or even whoever the contact person is that actually dips the tow hooks in chrome.

Hi, I just tore off a billet bowtie and a set of billet bumper steps and replaced the steps with chrome ones. The billett was driving me nuts. Could not get it looking good. I have also had the tow hooks chrome plated on mine, but I have to say, so far no complaints on the fuel door
if it does start to pit or stain down the road, then I'll send it out for chrome.
