Jack-In-The-Box AV or EXT?

Just saw a commercial on TV for Jack In The Box fast food joint. Jack buys a bunch of something (Idon't remember what) He pays for the stuff down on the docks somewhere near the equator. Anyway, at the end, the guy he bought the stuff from drives off in a light blue EXT or AV with painted cladding. The rear window is out, the midgate is down and the panels are off.....

hey wait a minute.. it's an AV! Now that I think about it the tailgate definately said CHEVROLET. ..or did it. now, I am second guessing...

Anyone else see this or can confirm this?
 
their breakfasts are the best.... sourdough sands... mmm mmm mmm


I like their chicken stips too... even better than KFC :eek:
 
We have a couple of checkers here and I think they have a mighty tasty cheeseburger. IMO We don't have a Jack In the Box here I wish we did I hear they have good food.
 
Wahoo - White Castle! Tiny little greasy burgers with loads of onions. If you don't have integestion after eating there you have a cast iron stomach!
 
When I was about 13 years old and was eating at a Jack in the box in NY and dude came out of the kitchen with a garden hose, pulled it accross my table and started to hose down the bathroom. He said "if you dont like it you can get the f#$k out". I did and never went back. Glad they are out of NY and hope they never come back.
 
Checkers make some good burgers..... Fries good, everything good, getting a new one down the road from the house soon........ now I dont have to drive so far, but wait, if I do get the 02 AV tomorrow, I still might go to the one farther away!!!!!! ;D
 
Yeah,

I live in N.Y, I remeber Jack in the Box. i can not say I was sad to see them go from around here. At the end , there food was horrrrrrrrrrriible...I sure its fine in other states, but there was no demand for it here, so the stores were run very poorly,dirty...GOODBYE JAX

I'm laughing my head off trying to picture that scene!

When I was a teenager I worked in this awful seafood restaurant. When it got real late, we'd start dragging the garbage cans through the dining area to give people the hint that it was time to stop gabbing and go home. I'm surprised my mom didn't burn my clothes when I got home - they smelled so bad from that place....
 
I saw it again

It is for the Ceasar salad! I don't know how anyone is guessing the year on this AV. It is definately an AV. The tailgate clearly reads CHEVROLET!

The AV was repainted a light blue including all the cladding.

Clearly an AV though. Several good full on side shots and one as it drives off.

sure as life.. that's a blue AV with painted cladding.... full of olives I think..... ;D
 
It was Jack In The Box's new Greek Salad Commercial and yes it was a painted light blue AV. When they get a shot of the driver, you could see the AV Sport seat headrest, which I have on my 02'.

Sweet! ;D
