Just got my Corsa Sport delivered this afternoon ;D . Can't wait to get it installed. Has anyone done the install themselves or ... ?? Guess I'm wondering how well this goes together and what to expect problem wise, if any. Info greatly appreciated ..

I just did the install myself, about 3 weeks ago...actually it was quite easy to do. The factory exhaust is all one piece, so I cut it out with a sawzall. I cut about 6" on both sides of the factory muffler and took it out in 3 pieces. Then worked the hangers loose (WD40 helps), and undid the two bolts on the front flange. Just start from the front flange and work back with the new one. It helps to have another set of hands to help out though. I used jack stands in the back to give myself a little more clearance. The whole project took me and my buddy about 2 hours to do, and worth every minute of the work!!!! You shouldn't have any problems with it at all, other than breaking loose the flange bolts up front. You'll love that add-on!

Ditto what SS71 said. I only cut mine 6" in front of the muffler and it all came out. It took me 4 hours. Although I did it all by myself and I tried for about 1 hour to get the factory system out without cutting it. I had the back of the truck jacked up so high the bumber was at eye level so I could attempt to drop the rear axle. Don't even wast your time doing that. I also cut the exhaust with a Hack saw, damn my arm was tired. Lifting the Muffler and linning it up by yourself is a pain but can be done. Have a buddy help you. I started mine at 9:30 on a Friday night, I just couldn't wait until the next day to get some help.

After it was all said and done and I fired up the truck it was easily all worth it. I had a smile from ear to ear.

Good luck.
You will love it.

Actually, my stock exhaust came out as one piece. Took a while to realize it but once you have the truck jacked up and the rear axle hanging, take off the spare tire and that gives you plenty of room to manuvere the stock system out.

First of all, thanks to all of you for your input. I just spent about 4 hours getting this installed and I too have a grin from ear to ear, I love it! Had some initial problems getting the rear part of the stock exhaust out though. My garage is low so jacking up the truck any more than an inch or two results in roof damage and with pouring rain outside, you get the drift. Ended up taking a cut off wheel to the rear part and chopped it down the middle, needless to say I had no problems getting it out after that. I did end up having to drop the spare to get the new tail pipe in. All in all not too difficult even alone though in retrospect I wish I would have waited .. then again .. cranking her up the first time ... made all the hassle worth it.

I had mine jacked up pretty high and dropped the spare tire, my trailer hitch kept me from rotating the tail pipe just enough to get it to pull out the back. I was considering pulling it off, but there came a point when you just have to say. How much stuff am I really going to take apart just to keep it in one peice.
