Is there anyway to increase the payload of a 2002 1500 4x4? Other then buying a 2500 :)
Different springs? Shocks? Any input would be great.
Thanks

You can add supplementary air springs to the rear suspension. You would still be somewhat limited by braking capacity, but a substantial increase is possible....

Increasing payload is a lot more than adding suspension "helpers". Tires, wheels, axle and bearings, frame and spring mounts, brakes, and transmission all have a direct bearing on load capacity.

You can use things such as air bags to bring a loaded truck back to level, but that by itself doesn't increse the payload capicity.
