Awesome .. I would assume you could turn them off I would think driving at night would be a distraction . share some info inquiring minds want to know?

Yes, the three position switch is Off, Sound Activated, and On.

It's called Pocket Plasma (Google it) and is battery powered (intended to be worn on a belt).

I'm going to replace the bottom of the cupholders with plexiglass and mount these under the plexi to make it totally waterproof. (Also relocate the switches and wire it to 12V)

So I'll keep you guys posted.

(Also, if anybody has an extra dark gray 2002 front cup holder, I'm looking for one)

Wow, most places they are $20 or less. I got mine at Spencer's on clearance for $8 each, but the colors were limited (all the green ones were sold out for St. Patricks Day).
