I went out to the park and got some new pictures of the AV. I then went into town and hit McDonalds. The town is popular with youngin's crusin and causin' trouble so I had all of the neons off and music at a reasonable level.
Pulled up to McDonalds, hit the drive through, ordered and pulled up to the window. Had both front windows down. I hear a guy yell at me with "Hey, why did you buy a cheap POS plastic truck??"
I looked over, it was two kids probably about 17 with a pair of Hondas with neon underbody kits. I looked back and got my food and pulled over to where they were parked.
My reply to them was "I'll bet you $20 each that I have more neon than the both of you combined." They laughed.
I rolled down the rear windows so they could get a better look inside.
I hit switch #1 and turned on the LED's in the grille.
I hit switch #2 and turned on the underbody kit.
I hit switch #3 and turned on the bed drain neons.
I hit switch #4 and turned on the midgate neons.
I hit switch #5 and turned on the rest of the interior neons.
I hit switch #6 and turned on the headlight strobes.
I hit switch #7 and turned on the interior strobes.
*they stuck their heads in the windows to look at the neons*
I then increased the volume of the radio to about 140db.
*they pulled their heads out of the windows and covered their ears*
They then quickly scrambled to pick their jaws up off the floor.
Their comments quickly went from "what a plastic POS" to "holy f**k that's sweet!".
And I went home with food and $40.
