Midgate Window - Replacements? for different decals

Does anyone know where to find a replacement window for the midgate? My current window is fine, but I was thinking about getting an extra one or two so I can put different graphics on them and switch out the windows depending on where I am headed.

I searched extensively on-line but haven't been able to find anyplace that has them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!
 
Welcome to the club Code 10...Did you try the dealership's parts department yet ??? Maybe that could be another source for you. Hope this helps, don't forget to post some pics of your AV when you get a chance.

Welcome to the club Code10. There is someone on here that has had 3 or 4 made out of plexiglass for different decals. Any good glass shop should be able to use your current window for a template and make them cheaper out of plexiglass.

It would make more sense and less $$$ to get some plexiglass ones cut since they'd only be temps anyway.
 
You need to check out ebay a member from San Antonio got one for a $100. :eek:
 
I haven't looked lately, but once upon a time, they were being offered on ebay. I think that they have frequently gone for +/- $2-300.

I'd echo the thoughts of several who posted previously, get some manufactured out of plexiglass using your current window as a template.

The factory window is pricey for several reasons, one of which is because of the defroster coils, which you possibly won't need in a temporary replacement window.
