Hi,

Thought I would post some pics of my new steps installed...
I dropped them off at the poweder coater last Friday @ 2:30 and they happened to be spraying the color I wanted so I got them back the same day!!!
Anyway, installed them that night, but haven't taken any pics of them until today.
So here they are ;D

Well I would think so...
They seem to solve ALL the issues I have with other steps and bars...I suppose you and your "buddy" are going to keep them
under wraps? One of a kind? I'm so interested that if you 2 can't make me a set (in black) at a reasonable price I'm gonna have to take a cold shower...

Hi,

I told him that when we were done people would want them...
We are working on a price and on a way to make them easily mountable. ???
On mine we plasma cut holes in the frame and tig welded nuts flush with the frame. So on mine theyr are now bolt on, but unlees you have a plasma cutter and a mig/tig they wouldn't be bolt on in your/everyone elses application. :(
They hug the bottom of the cab very close and fill in the gap that is left when you remove the stock running boards, and best of all they do not sag at all when you step on them. Not even slightly... ;D

I didn't mean one of a kinf as in Ha Ha you can't have any... :p
I meant it as they are the only ones like it.... ;D ;D

LMAO...hahaha...Thank you...there is a Mod God out there...
I was kinda teasing anyway...relieved actually...
Well they are just too  ...when I ordered our Av, I didn't order
bars or boards 'cause I don't like the "hangy downy" way they mount...and...the loss of ground clearance along the WHOLE
length of the bar or board (just my opinion)...as I mentioned earlier these seem to cure ALL the issues I have been concerned about...and yes I do realize that any step to be functional will
hang somewhat and that there is a resulting loss of ground clearance in the area of the step itself...but the way you 2 "hugged" the body line and didn't dip the steps too low is what impresses me with the design...it may not be ergonomically functional for all folks...but it is for us (we are tall) and they are
beautiful as well (in my opinion). I hope you 2 get the mounting figured out without any functional change to the steps...their appearance...and where they mount.
Oh and since your in California also...let me be the first to offer OUR Av for a prototype install and fit check...I'll be happy (drool-drool) to drive your way to "help" out...with cash in hand of course...black please...anytime, anyplace...

Home made I love it! Thats the way it should be! (y)
Now you need to make yourself a sweet looking bed rack! Then sell me one! (y)

THANKS FOR ALL OF THE COMPLIMENTS. ;D
I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THE WAY THEY TURNED OUT.
AS FOR A BED RACK...DON'T REALLY NEED ONE, BUT I JUST GOT 4 BRAND NEW BILSTEIN 5100'S (NICKEL PLATED) FOR THE FRONT.
SO A CUSTOM DUAL SHOCK HOOP IS NEXT!!!
HOPEFULLY THIS WEEK... (y)
