I ran the wiring up along back plastic tubing by firewall and around back behind engine cap cover over top at back of motor and then along other side and went into the existing tubing and through to main fuse box. Had to fish wire through it,I connected to the back of fuse block to 15 A fuse for adjustable power pedals. How often do ya use that? plus there was constant power there,I also tapped the hood lights into same circuit. I made 2 small slits in felt and ran wires in behind it down to where ground wire is from firewall to hood.Ran wiring through that plastic tubing and spliced into and crimped connectors. When I cut felt I screwed on lights to rib of hood carefully not to put screws through hood.Ugh that would suck if u go through, anyways pretty simple install.

Nice!
those are the same lights i installed on mine a month or so ago. they are very brite! i luv them..
i found several of the reel lights a the bone yard but all were missing the heads  :E:, i will keep looking maybe one day i will get a complete unit..

BTW i tied mine into the bcm so they go off after 20mins

good job

Is that the courtesy lamp circuit I cant remember at the moment? Is the power on all the time or only when doors are open? And which fuse is it at and which fuse block, engine or inside truck? If memory serves me correct I think that it is inside under drivers side. If so the lights will go out after a while, where as my way the hood lights go out as soon as u close hoodand cable reel light u have to shut off manually. Which kinda suxs I guess,I might change feed if I feel like though. Thanks

got my glove box light from wreckers, but I had 1 problem with sw mount had to shim latch for glove box with a couple washers and drilled a hole through plastic part on door so door could close easy without having to slam it shut. A bit of a pain but better than the other way I was going to go. Ran over a wire to block under feet found a orange power wire and hooked in. Got a few pics here for yas....Guess I shud have posted this here 1st but now here too.
