well after about 25k of HARD driving on my good year mtrs, they have just about had it. The big block doesnt like tires and my driving style shows that >:D I have been looking at the procomp x-terrains and BFG MTR's. I am leaning towards the procomps because I hear they wear very well but I do not how they ride and how loud they are. Does anyone have any opinions on this? Thanks

Alex

I dont have any experience with them but 4 wheel parts has them buy 3 get one free through 6/30

bring in the regular mag price when you do the buy 3 get one free price... notice on the website that for that deal they jack the price up...

My lift, wheels and tires came from 4wheelparts.com. They are great to deal with! Whoever answers the phone knows 4x4 trucks. If you call them and buy more than 1 thing i.e. wheels and tires they will negotiate on price a little and there shipping rates are very good in my opinion.
I got the procomp AT's and I very happy with them.

I have heard some people like them, and others dont. They are supposed to be fairly loud on the high way.
If you want an opinion, I would get the new Interco Trxus M/T Radials, I have them, very pleased with on/offroad handling, they really tear through mud like nothing else >:D. And surprisingly there is little road noise. So if you want a good tire I'd go with these, I currently have 34s. The only problem is that I think the smallest size(33s), would require at least a 3" body lift. :cautious:.
Good Luck.

I had 4 Wheel Parts do my lift and tires on my 2500. Do price compare... I then found Mark Beckers (also the company's name) on Richards Blvd in Sacramento. When I thought I was getting the "buddy" deal at 4 Wheel Parts , I saved over $100.00 just on my airbags at Mark Beckers. By the way, I do like the Pro Comps and the people at 4 Wheel Parts are very knowledgeable.

What type of off-roading are you doing?

Good all around off-road tires are the BFG AT/KO's. They wear very well, have super stiff sidewalls, and are the only 'off-road' tire that is officially rated as a traction tire for snow conditions!

I have had two sets on two different vehicles... all with the no-holds-barred driving style and got over 45k out of each set! There is a great reason these tires are so popular in off-road circles.
