Well here is is...the final draft of the NorCalAvalancheClub Decal I have been
working on with AvalancheWolf.
Those of you at the first GTG saw a draft proposal, and lots of folks were emailed another draft. It has since been modified to this version. Let us know what you think and if the response is good it will go into production. I think it's a fine addition to your CAFCNA decal!!!

Looks great!

You just set the bar for the rest of the regions.

The small type may be hard to read from a distance.

Looks awesome! It's clean and easy to read. Great work all!

Thanks Rolando

I'm not saying the design is bad, I'm just think since you have the space to make the font bigger you should try it.

No offense to the creator of the CAFCNA logo, but some of the type could be bumped up a bit to make it easier to read.

Prioritize your graphic elements and design from there.

I understand your points completely and appreciate your input!!!

Dont know why you are giving me so much credit Ichange . You have been busting you butt on this project for our club and you deserve the credit . I just put my 4 cents in just like everyone else but you made the idea a reality ! Great Job !!!

It looks absolutely great to me. You guys are doing a fantastic job getting this Club together so fast. I sure hope the next GTG is coming soon. Can't wait to meet all of you....

Thanks Steve...
But this is a "drop in the bucket" compared to all the hard work you have done building and promoting the club and the site, putting together the first GTG, etc etc too much to list here...
"Keep the faith baby"...this is happening!!!

i thought you said you were a picture hound..get me some pics to throw up on my site when you can...

everyone loves a good testimonial wink wink

Actually...I took dozens of photos of the install (what a hound...arf...arf) and my next project is an install thread
complete w/pics (coming soon to a theatre near you) and install tips...but right now my plate is just a tad full ;) :D

(y)We are very close to production of the logo. All legal hurdles have been jumped successfully and a graphics company has been submitted a copy for estimate purposes...awaiting reply of costs. The logo will be produced in hygrade vinyl with both a cover and backing sheet (not some cheapo bumper sticker type stuff here folks). I should have cost estimates tomorrow 1/22/04 and pending the estimates, production should start shortly after...I'm excited...are you?

Thanks to Chief here at CAFCNA for his cooperation and help in clearing the hurdles...the support is outstanding...Thanks Chief!!! (y) (y) (y)

So today 2/5/04 at about 5:30pm got
an email from the decal supplier who
has "tweaked" the design into a printable
decal...this is what it looks like (yeah I
know the image he sent is crooked...but
when you throw a circle into a scanner...
this happens). Anyway he is mailing me
a prototype tomorrow...should have by
Tuesday...If it looks as good live as it
does in digital we will be a go and
should have them in a week(?)

OH MAN...you'll have to trust me...what's in my computer looks a lot better than this!!!
