The rebates are for the years listed only. I have only seen rebates on 2003 (and some 2004's recently). I am not aware of any rebates applicable to the 2002's. Even the Loyalty rebates specify 2003 models.

Does anyone know where I can get 2002 invoice pricing? I checked Edmunds for 03 Camaro pricing, to get a rough baseline, but they've already removed the 03 info. I've done a few web searches, but so far no luck.
You wouldn't have found 2003 Camaro pricing anyway. No such animal
