There's nothing prettier (except for my wife) than driving west in Colorado and seeing the sun setting behind the Rockies in the reflection off the hood of your freshly waxed Avalanche.

I know what you mean about the scenery. What part of the state were you driving in?

I have been meaning to change my name (it shall remain unknown until it happens ) but I haven't gotten the chance to take any scenic shots in the mtns. for a new sig.

Coming from a place where snow is pretty rare, I'd have to say that some of the photos of avs' in the white stuff are pretty impressive.

We flew over the mountains on our way to Alaska several years ago. The site of snow capped peaks poking through the clouds was awesome!

I understand your pain i am a former Wyoming/Colorado resident as well and I have been racking my brains for years trying to figure out how to get back. Doesnt' look like it is possible though for at least 2-3 more years
