NYC Av spotted on MSNBC

Actually, I think it's a story by the local NBC affiliate that got picked up by MSNBC. It's on the website and in the video (~38sec in). Hard to tell the color (black or deep blue metallic?), but it looks like maybe an '07 w/ dual exhuast tips. Caught near B'way and Canal in NYC.

Definitely an '07!  It's got a bowtie on the tailgate, versus the word CHEVROLET as on the '02-'06.
