What I am trying to do is find out who in Oklahoma is a member and is looking forward to doing some GTGs. I also am trying to find out who wants to help organize the chapter here in OK (I know Dave "the texan" ;D is always here to help). So without further ado.
What I am looking for is for you to put your name (just need screen if you want to put your real name down then by all means). Then I need your city that you are located in and whether or not you are interested in being a co-coordinater in your area for the Oklahoma chapter. I will give it about two to three weeks and get with the co-coorinaters and get a first official OK GTG (and of course those that live near by i.e. arkansas, kansas, missouri if you are interested please join in and anyone is always welcome to OK GTGs) Thanks

How does the 5th of June sound for everyone? This should give everyone ample time to plan ahead of time. If there is a problem let me know. We will see how this turn out is and go from there. Try to establish a chapter for OK, etc, etc.

Does anyone want to try and do a group buy on anything? Maybe like a LOF and the sail panel lights. At the GTG hold a mod fest and put em in or something like that. Just throwing out some ideas.

Where would everyone like to meet?

What things are people interested in?

I will meet with dprg here in Enid and make plans on putting together our OK chapter. If anyone has any questions just PM me.
 
i am up for whatever, but the further south the better for me, as it will make it easier for me to obtain a kitchen pass from the wife. lol
 
Anybody have any ideas were they would like to meet at, things to do, etc. Lets try to get the details hammered out by next weekend and stick to them. So any input would help.

Also, please let me know if you want to do some kind of Group buy.

What do yall think about me buying some decals for the OK chapter and selling them to make some profit for the chapter? Let me know. Thanks.
 
So far so good, lets get some ideas going.

Theres OKC-------plenty to do there.

Anybody have any other ideas, want to do a cruise, etc. Please help.

Does the 5th of June give you plenty of time to plan ahead, and do you have any preferences where you would like to go, or what you would like to do? Trying to keep the majority happy.
 
I am pretty flexible on destinations and activities. However the weekend of june 5 and 6 I will be working from 3 to 11 on both days. don't worry about me, try and schedule the gtg when it is most convenient for the majority.

June 5th is probably not gonna happen for me. Wifes birthday is that weekend so an Av GTG is not likely to be on her wishlist. But, don't worry about me, let's plan it, if we can make it, we will for sure. I am in OKC, so everything is within decent driving distance. What about hitting up a larger lake and maybe cooking out and boating. If we could get enough people who have watercraft. I may have access to large waverunner. Anybody with boats? Just an idea.

Sounds good, June 5th doesn't have to be a set date, we can do it early if need be or later, just depends on the make out of everybody else. I will start another page for the details for a GTG.
 
I've got to embarras a co-worker the weekend of June 5th and 6th, he will be 50.... I am available the next weekend June 12th and 13th.... I have to look at the schedule, looks like I am working weekends that month to cover others vacations..... Must be getting close to Summer time....

I am up for a group buy.... I, personally, would like Line-Of-Fire, Ok decal, Club decal, tailgate lock, to name a few to work on during a GTG.... (It would take a whole group to get a tailgate lock done in one weekend :-[ )

All of you that are from OKC, I could drive down there... what is this I hear about Bricktown???? People have been from here in Tulsa and talk pretty high about it for the night life but don't know anything else.... Any other suggestions???? Anything on the local internet about what is going on next month we could crash???? Has anyone suggested putting up a list of who could make it on what weekends and locations with activities of their choice???? Maybe how far they have to drive to different locations so that we can get the biggest crowd????

I would love to be there, but I don't think June 5 will happen - Great Grandmother's 109 birthday party is on that day.

I may be able to stop by for a little bit depending on where you guys are meeting.
 
Holy Mackerel!!! 109 y/o. You are right, she deserves the priority. Hey bring her with you. I am sure she has some stories to tell.
