I finally figured out how to make time stand still.

Order after market equip. Its only been a week, but seems like an eternity.

I ordered WAAG stuff last week from autoanything.com. Where did you order yours from WVBubba? do you expect mine to take as long? Amber can't wait - really wants the WAAG parts on by the 4th of July.

Yea, right after I bought my Avalanche I ordered the protection package and the rear seat cargo cover. It took a little under two weeks for them to get here but it seemed much longer.

I think Bubba ordered his through a group purchase from a member/former member that was going a number of months back. Don't expect your to take that long unless it's on back order or something.

Great. Amber will be really hard to live with if it doesn't show up soon. My replacement to the Hitch Step that I crushed in Gatlinburg arrived today, and she is getting anxious for the WAAG stuff to show up!

Waited over a month for one of the side rails for the EXT Roof Rack........

I ordered the billet grille and bowtie from off our members discount page. I placed the order on a Tuesday and suprisingly the grille was as waiting for me when I got home from work that Thursday (Fed Ex) . However, the bowtie was a different story... I finally got it yesterday (UPS)... it took a little over a month. Yup you guessed it, the worse curse word that can come out a sales rep's mouth "it's on back-order" .

It took me over 3 weeks to get my nerf bars from Waag - which were ordered through BestDarnParts.com. ?When I wen to install the bar I found out that WAAG had not welded the mounting nuts on the inside of one of the bars and that the same bar was deformed at the end. ?I suspect that someone grabbed it off the "junk" pile by mistake since the box was not damaged. ?

I sent BDP.com a note through their page (no phone # for defective parts) and they called back the next day and said they were having WAAG send another set. ?Well - I have been waiting over a month - sent a request for status from BDP and no reply. ?It is really out of BDP's hands since they are relying on WAAG to manufacture and ship the item - still infuriating.


I also ordered my billit Grille and Bowtie at the same time - received the grill the same week - but just got my Bowtie last friday - over a month after I placed my order.

Amber called to tell me this morning that I have to come home early today because the WAAG stuff has arrived. That's not to bad - I ordered it on the 9th. Since the ECR, I have ordered and received:

WAAG brush guards (autoanything.com)
Go Rhino hitch step
Bumper flag
Streamline Design decals
Militec-1

It's been an interesting couple of weeks!
I'm also working on making an EZSlide, and painting the brake calipers. I did have to send my Father's Day present, HPP3, back to Hypertech because it didn't think my battery was charged up enough, even after several attempts to insure I had enough charge on it. Hopefully I'll be finding a replacement for that coming soon! Mod On!
