pass side mirror and heated seat

after the heavy rains yesterday and last night my heated seat on pass side and mirror were acting up.  the switch for the heat was flashing and the mirror was retracting on its own.  after a few mins this stopped happening.  now i get no heat or mirror control of any kind.  i checked the manual for a fuse, but can't seem to find any listing for a fuse for the heated seats or mirror functions.  any help would be appreciated.  thanks

Could be a short or bare wire that got wet...

Owners manual should list fuses and/or relays...
