PCM gone CRAZY!

The past several weeks have been getting progressively worse. When I drive at around 5-25 MPH my trucks transmission sticks at 2500 RPM and kills my MPG (especially in the Atlanta rush hour traffic). Also my truck idles at about 1500 RPM. I did the PCM 0-60 three times trick a while back. I have tried unhooking the battery to reset the PCM. NO LUCK! I need to get this fixed ASAP because the MPG is horrendous. Also my truck is driving like a sick dog walks.    I guess I'm going to have to go to the Dealership and get them to take 30 sec to plug it up and reset it. Although I'm going to get charged around $100 if I'm even lucky. If anyones got a solution please help me out!

The scan showed all normal. Sorry for the extremely late response. Everything is fine now, I guess the Engine Computer had adjusted to my driving in a way that caused it to function so.
