Problem with norcal Store Image may be Copyright/Trademark protected

We are being told that our Logo , Tshirt logo are not allowed on the products by this company because they belive they may be copyrighted material. Until then We please ask everyone not buy any items from our store until we can get this mess strightened out . Not that any items are not available due to them red taging them all and removing them from our store . Thank you .

The logo will be produced in hygrade vinyl with both a cover and backing sheet (not some cheapo bumper sticker type stuff here folks). If you don't have a copy of my original release to you of the original NORCAL CHAPTER logo design...let me know and I will email you another release.
Also check with VooDoo on the bridge design...he has stated that the design is public domain...

I know it's late but I never gave my sketches for the t-shirt design. Not sure if they will Infringe but here they are... just sketches.

??? Do they allow dogs at this park in tracy?? Also at the So-cal Meet??

I think Dogs yes, but look at some of Lockedout's previous posts! Yikes!!! :eek:

I didn't have time to look at the entire thread for the Dog information but look here and see if it answers the question, OC Parks

I like the Bridged version too!

Well i just spoke with the legal department of cafe press.com . We need to now contact Chevy's legal department and get a release from them stating we can put avalanche and chevy on our products .

Oh fun .....

Well after calling Chevy , then Chevy's Legal Department , then a managment company , then their legal department , we have sent an email requestion permission to put it on a tshirt and stuff..... OOoooof !

Will let ya know the updates
 
Hope you have the clearence for my dogs... they would use your tires as chew toys. I just don't give them steel belted!

Dogs are allowed on a leash at the park where the MEGA meet is to take place.

I do not think you need permission for the word "avalanche" just "Chevy". Since avalanche is used for more than just the vehicle (think Hockey)

Just my $.02 worth
