I just went to tyr taking the rear glass out of my Av that I just bought about 2 months ago for the first time, and ran into an issue, I could not get the rear seat on the passenger side to fold down.  I fiddled with it for 2 nights, and finally noticed that the cable that attaches to the seat part that you pull up and attaches to the seat back is broken.  Anyone know where I can get one?  Is this easy to install?

Thanks

I don't think you need to do all these steps, but gives you an idea of how it works, etc:

SEAT RISER LATCH ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT - REAR NO. 2 (BENCH FRONT LATCH)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1.? Disengage the velcro strips (1) to gain access to the riser bolts
2.? Remove the bolts (1) that retain the front riser (2) to the cushion frame.
3.? Disconnect the cable (1) from the riser assembly.
4.? Remove the riser assembly from the seat frame.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1.? Install the riser assembly to the seat frame.
2.? Connect the cable (1) to the riser assembly.
3.? Install the bolts (1) that retain the front riser (2) to the cushion frame. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions. Tighten Tighten the bolts to 53 N.m (39 lb ft) .
4.? Engage the velcro strips (1).

Just an fyi, I was able to just get the cable that was broken for about $20.  Took about an hour to get it installed, the little bugger, but I got it working.

Thanks!

Nice job

Thanks for the update, do you have the part number for members who may run into the same problem?

I assume it took so long because it was difficult to snake the cable through the cable housing?
