Red accents on 2003 pewter av

Do you think it would look good if I put red Avalanche door decals and red Chevrolet tailgate decal as well as painting the tow hooks and bed grips red? I've been toying with this idea for a while. I wanted to get a picture and try it in photoshop but I don't have a digital camera yet and I can't find a pic with high enough resolution to do it with. Wadaya think?

I have some red on my LPM...

Red reflective on the cladding letters...

Red brake rotors.....

I think red goes good with LPM

One of the Alaska members has done theirs that way too (can't remember which one though), maybe they'll see this and throw some pics your way. Anyway, it looks nice. I think the colors go well together.

I put a red pinstripe down the side of my LPM 03 AV, and a mountain graphic (red letters, black mountains, white snow caps) where the Z71 emblem was. I have ordered the red tailgate lettering to finish everything off. The red accents look great !!!!

I have domed red holographic decals on the cladding and tailgate lettering, a red Avalanche windshield decal, and flamed red Z71 decals. Needless to say, my vote is yes that red accents look good on LPM!

Thanks for the replies. I've been checking out the mountain decal too. Looks good. I'm getting a cam for Christmas and by then I should have this little project done so I can post pics. I think a red bowtie would fit into this sceme as well!

BTW, Where can I get a look at the domed holographic decals?

I had a Carbon Fiber (decal) Bowtie which looked good. It looked Black. I plan on painting one to look like a 454SS Bowtie, which is Black with a Red pinstripe around the outside. (just in from the edge)
