Ever since I got my lift installed, I have been looking at my rear shocks, wondering if I should replace them. I thought that my RCD kit came with replacement shocks for all my shocks, but it was only the front. Since my rear shocks don't look to good, I have been thinking about the Bilstein 5150 reservoir shocks. Does anyone have info on these or other reservoir shocks? Is it possible to use a different type of shock, i.e. Procomp, Rancho, etc. I really want to replace them soon, so any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

I called a guy that sells Bilstein Shocks, I am planning on going with the 5150 series reservoir shocks, they will have 10" of travel. That is the closest that the guy can get them. He says that since the shocks are different models, they wont act the same. But I am still planning on getting them.

When you get them installed, let me know how they are.... I was thinking of the Bilstein, but I also like the Rancho too.

Someone just told me that Bilstein will not warranty any of their aftermarket shocks on a rear coil suspension, saying that their behavoir is unpredictable. But I still am thinking about getting them.

Check out the new Rancho RS9000 adjustable with a reservior on them. Just came out a short time ago..

I have seen them, I just wonder how they will look on my truck :cautious:. Because they are white with red boots, while bilstein are SS with black boots. I think it'll look a little wierd.
